Policies
Ordering
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure shopping cart, and personal checks and money orders by snail mail. Currently, we are only accepting orders from the United States and Canada.
If you wish to pay by check or money order, please select that payment option in the shopping cart. Shortly after the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please print that e-mail and send it along with your check or money order made out to Claire Luna. Mail it to:

Orders paid by check will be shipped when the check clears our bank. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, we reserve the right to charge you $25. Orders paid by a credit card that is declined will be cancelled. As an internet business, we strive to minimize credit card fraud. In cases where we suspect fraud, we attempt to contact the cardholder prior to charging their credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect of being fraudulent. Charges to your credit card account are processed securely through ProPay and will appear on your statement as "billing@claireluna.com".
Should we run out of the product you ordered, we will email you as soon as possible to ask for your preferences on your order. In many cases, we can make our products for you within two-weeks or less.
Shipping
We aim for a 7 day maximum turnaround on orders. We ship orders to the continental United States using UPS Ground or in some cases USPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada will ship by US Postal Service, with insurance. International and Hawaii/Alaska customers, please email us for your shipping total. Your credit card will be charged for the correct amount. All orders to the continental United States must have a street address; no PO Boxes please. Please be sure to check whether your address is a business address or a residence. Home businesses are considered residences by UPS.
We insure all shipments. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us by email immediately, so we can help you with the claims process.
For Portland Saturday Market customers wishing to pick up their orders at the market, there is a voucher code on the shopping cart page for you to use to remove shipping charges from your order. If you forget, don't worry, we will remove them manually when we process the card and email you a new invoice. Customers who are NOT picking up their orders at the market will be charged shipping even if they enter the voucher code.
Returns
We will gladly accept returns on any merchandise you are dissatisfied with. To initiate a return, please email us for a returned merchandise number. Repack the product, along with your reasons for dissatisfaction and the returned merchandise number. At this time, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us, and we cannot refund your original shipping costs. If you paid by credit card, we will issue a credit back to your credit card. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a money order.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will NEVER share your personal information with anyone, except as required by law.
